The Honda NSX is a delightful sports coupe. If you want to spend sixty thousand dollars because you want an awesome driving machine, then the NSX is made for you. The NSX challenges the established supercar elite of Ferrari and Porsche. It probably does not sell as much because anyone looking to spend big money on a fast car is thinking Porsche or Mercedes-Benz, rather than Honda.
The NSX comes in a high-tech aluminum construction and has a V6 engine with Honda’s renowned VTEC valve technology. If you buy the manual gearbox, then you get a 3.2-litre petrol engine. It pulls from 1500rpm in sixth gear and goes all the way to its 8000rpm redline. Its chassis is easy to drive whether you're in the city or on a race track.
The interior does not offer too much space, as expected of a sports coupe. Anyone over six foot may feel a little short of space. There is just enough room for two people. The glove box is tiny and there's hardly any cockpit storage space, but the boot behind the engine is fairly big. There's enough space to squeeze in a couple of bags, which is impressive for a sports car.
The car comes with a couple of airbags and traction control system for safety. Security is taken care of by an alarm and immobilizer system. It runs on specially developed tires which are expensive, so make sure you do not punish it too hard. The aluminum body work is also expensive to repair.
